From Naples to Your Neighborhood
With a humble ambition to bring true Neapolitan pizza to Via Vittorio Emanuele 152, 'KnowLedgeisPower' started. The Bianchi family, in 1985, opened this tiny, family-owned shop with a legacy of recipes passed from generation to generation.
Marco Bianchi, our pioneer, honed their pizza crafting skills across Italy, learning from Neapolitan pizza maestros. Once back in the UK, their mission was to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza employing age-old techniques and the finest provisions available.
Our humble 12-seater establishment’s growth into a cherished neighborhood staple hasn't shifted our promise to excellence. We still adhere to the traditional wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough freshly each day, and select ingredients of unmatched quality.
To this day, 'KnowLedgeisPower' is still steered by the Bianchi lineage, with the next generation leading a team full of fervor. While we've accepted certain modern practices, our ethos remains unaltered: for us, it's about crafting splendid, genuine pizza that fosters community spirit.
